Job Summary

Job Position: IT Specialist

Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company based in Jonesboro offering a wide range of services including property management sales and rentals. We are currently seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis.

As an IT Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our companys technology systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve any technical issues as well as implement new technology solutions to improve our overall efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues for all employees

- Install configure and maintain computer systems servers and other technology equipment

- Monitor and maintain network security including firewalls and anti-virus software

- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity

- Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to improve company operations

- Train and provide technical support to employees on new software and systems

- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve any IT-related issues

- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems processes and procedures

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our systems and processes.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of network security firewalls and anti-virus software

- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Windows operating systems and Active Directory

- Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
