Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company based in the city of Jonesboro. We are currently seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for a tech-savvy individual who is passionate about the real estate industry and has a strong background in IT.
As an IT Specialist you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our companys technology systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently. Your main goal will be to provide technical support and assistance to our employees and clients as well as to identify and implement new technologies that will improve our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install configure and maintain computer hardware software and networks
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by employees and clients
- Monitor and maintain company servers databases and other IT infrastructure
- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Manage user accounts permissions and access controls
- Provide training and support to employees on company technology systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and networking systems
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems and virtualization
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Real estate industry experience is a plus
