Dark Staffing is seeking Cultivation Assistants for one of our clients in the Sun Valley area. As a Cultivation Assistant you will be working with the plants directly and taking on a variety of tasks in the garden mainly deleafing. Job Description:

As a Cultivation Assistant you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the cultivation facility. You will work alongside experienced growers and horticulturists to ensure the healthy growth and cultivation of cannabis plants. This position offers a competitive hourly wage and shifts Monday - Friday (varying depending on needs).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plant Care: Assist with the care and maintenance of plants including planting pruning and harvesting.

2. Harvesting: Participate in the harvesting and processing of cannabis plants ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

3. Inventory Management: Keep accurate records of plant inventory and assist with tracking plant growth stages as tasked.

4. Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all state and local regulations related to flower cultivation as tasked.

5. Cleaning and Sanitization: Maintain a clean and organized cultivation area following sanitation protocols.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in agriculture horticulture or flower cultivation is a plus but not required.
• Strong work ethic attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry moderate weights.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Due to Industry requirements candidates must be 21 yrs or older
