POSITION SUMMARY:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Craft Delicious Beverages:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages with care and precision.
- Keep up with the latest coffee trends to wow our guests.
Serve Tasty Food Items:
- Create and serve delicious food items that meet our high standards.
Provide Exceptional Customer Service:
- Engage with customers warmly and enthusiastically.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently ensuring every guest leaves happy.
- Handle transactions quickly and correctly.
Maintain a Welcoming Environment:
- Keep the coffee bar and food prep areas clean organized and inviting.
- Refill supplies and make sure everything is stocked and ready.
Work as a Team:
- Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth operations.
- Help out with other tasks as needed to keep things running seamlessly.
Stay Knowledgeable:
- Learn about our menu items and be able to make recommendations to customers.
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
