About the Role
The Temporary Stockroom & Facilities Support Assistant provides day-to-day assistance to the Stockroom Facilities & Freight Coordinator supporting warehouse operations sample and donation preparation returns shipping and general facility upkeep. This role focuses on hands-on support tasks and helps maintain an organized efficient and safe environment. This position will begin in mid-April and run through the end of July with hours Monday-Friday from 10:00am to 3:00pm.
What Youll Do
Warehouse Support & Deliveries
- Accept incoming deliveries and notify the Coordinator upon arrival.
- Restock product in designated areas following guidance.
- Assist with staging and organizing inbound and outbound product.
- Help maintain warehouse cleanliness organization and safety.
Returns & Shipping Support
- Assist with Amazon returns processing as directed.
- Support outbound shipping tasks in the back warehouse (boxing labeling staging).
- Prepare items for shipment by assembling materials gathering products and labeling.
Tradeshow Sample & Donation Support
- Assist in building assembling labeling and packing product samples.
- Help palletize and prepare materials for tradeshows customer visits and demos.
- Support the packing and loading of donation items.
Facilities & Building Maintenance Support
- Assist with general facility upkeep including organizing supplies light cleaning and reporting maintenance concerns.
- Assist with scheduling coordinating and monitoring maintenance and operational tasks.
- Help move materials boxes or light equipment when needed.
- Support the Coordinator with simple maintenance tasks.
Additional Duties
- Follow work orders checklists and instructions accurately.
- Collaborate with Customer Execution team members and other departments.
- Perform other support tasks as assigned.
