Building Maintenance / Handyman

Ensure a Safe Operable and Welcoming Environment

Location: Grande Prairie AB

Salary: Competitive ($30-35/hour) with excellentbenefits

Schedule:Monday to Friday (days); limited call

As the Maintenance Manager/ Handyman youll be a crucialpart of the team responsible for overseeing the seamless operations of ourbuildings and grounds.

Reporting to the Site Leader as the Maintenance Manager/Handyman youll be the go-to expert implementing and maintaining acomprehensive preventative maintenance program to keep this seniors livingcare home in top condition for our residents guests and staff.

MaintenanceManager/ Handyman Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all building systems includingelectrical mechanical and grounds ensuring safety and functionality

Manage work orders preventative maintenanceand asset history using our Maintenance Care software

Prioritize and execute repairs obtaining quotesfrom local trades suppliers and contractors

Collaborate effectively with all vendors andcontractors to deliver high-quality service

Provide winter maintenance keeping sidewalkspatios and exits clear of ice and snow

Support our fire safety program and quality assurance initiatives
