CORY is hiring a highly organized execution-focused Regional Property Manager to oversee day-to-day performance across an assigned portfolio.

About Our Client:

We are representing a privately held vertically integrated investment manager. This client is recognized for its execution-driven culture efficient operational model and strong strategic focus within high-growth national markets.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:

Support regional multifamily portfolio business plan execution (1k units).
Primary coordinator with property management and local vendors.
Conduct site walks/inspections document findings and follow up.
Mentor and foster a strong relationship with teams.

The Skills & Experience You Possess:

4 years in a regional-level multifamily operations and property management. Preferably lease-ups.
Able to manage multiple priorities across assets and stakeholders.
Hands-on self-directed accountable professional with strong follow-through.

Perks and Benefits Youll Receive:

Base salary up to $160k plus bonus based on experience.
