As an Account Specialist in this fast-growing business you will support a portfolio of Consumer companies with their display advertising campaigns. You will assist in managing day-to-day client relationships ensuring smooth campaign execution and helping to optimize operational workflows. Working closely with senior team members you will learn to navigate client needs while contributing to the efficiency of our account management processes.
In this role you will be responsible for executing campaign operations coordinating with cross-functional teams including sales program managers analysts and designers and identifying opportunities to streamline workflows. You will support revenue delivery by managing campaign logistics monitoring performance metrics and ensuring timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Through hands-on experience with Amazons advertising platform and direct client interaction you will develop foundational skills in digital advertising and account management.

Key job responsibilities
Execute day-to-day campaign operations including setup monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure smooth delivery and performance tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams (vendor managers seller sales support teams) to facilitate campaign launches resolve operational issues and maintain clear communication channels.
Monitor campaign pacing performance metrics and delivery against goals; escalate issues and opportunities to senior account managers as needed.
Support client communication by preparing performance updates responding to routine inquiries and scheduling meetings with guidance from senior team members.
Identify and document operational inefficiencies in account management workflows; propose and implement process improvements to increase team productivity.
Maintain accurate records in internal systems prepare regular status reports and contribute to business reviews with data compilation and analysis support.
Assist in building scalable account management processes by creating templates documentation and best practices that can be leveraged across the team.
Learn Amazons advertising solutions and develop expertise in campaign optimization working toward independent management of smaller accounts over time.
- Bachelors degree in marketing advertising business or equivalent
- Experience in advertising solutions including sales ad operations and online marketing
- 2 years of program or project management experience
