Video Intern

The Video Intern works with team members and project managers to ensure deliverables align with project objectives and quality standards. They actively manage multiple project requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

• Video Production & Editing

  • Edit and splice raw footage from various sources and shoots combining scenes to produce a cohesive final edit with proper continuity

  • Accurately imitate effects or animation from a provided reference video applying it to editable text layers or images

  • Integrate subtitle files into videos using After Effects

  • Create subtitle files from provided transcripts and video files following company standards.
    

• Content Modification & Localization

  • Localize videos including on-screen text and voice-over using provided assets and translation files

  • Replace or remove a specific part of a scene using motion tracking masking and any other effects and features related to video manipulation

  • Adjust audio levels and specs based on the provided specifications guide

  • Modify resize and adapt video content based on briefs and translation files while ensuring adherence to client and company quality standards.

• Project Coordination & Deadline Management

  • Manage multiple project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

  • Ensure that all output consistently meets client and company quality standards.

• Meetings Reporting & Performance Monitoring
  

  • Utilize reporting platforms (e.g. Jira) for task monitoring and provide daily reports to the team lead/manager

  • Adhere to performance metrics and team goals set by the project lead

  • Participate in training and meetings led by the team lead PMs or global counterparts.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications Multimedia Marketing Film Production or a related field or coursework
• Passionate about video editing and graphics and eager to learn advanced skills such as motion design 2D and 3D animation prior experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite such as After Effects Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro is preferred; exposure to other tools like Mocha Pro Blender Maxon Cinema 4D or Maxon Red Giant is a bonus but not required
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace such as Sheets Docs and Slides
• Creative mindset with a willingness to explore new tools and technologies
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Willingness to collaborate and learn in a global team environment
• Detail-oriented and eager to develop problem-solving and organizational skills.

Work set-up and working hours:

• 10:00 am - 7:00 pm 2:30pm - 11:30pm PHT Monday to Friday
