Join our Workforce team

Our Danish PwC Workforce team is a small group of driven consultants based in Copenhagen. We deliver meaningful and engaging solutions to our clients where our focus is on designing developing and providing insights that drive performance engagement and retention of executives and the wider organization.

The management consultant role

You will work closely with your team members engagement manager and the leading Partner to help shape deliverables within the different aspects of people performance and rewards. You will apply your curiosity enthusiasm to quickly learn new skills and build your experience while developing your client management skills your consulting toolbox and Rewards expertise.

We work with business-driven projects from a strategic perspective and you should be interested in building and unfolding your skillset within:

  • Reward solutions and the link to motivation performance and retention
  • Pay equity e.g. preparing and advising companies in relation to the pay transparency directive focus on securing men and women equal pay for equal work
  • Executive remuneration and board fee benchmarks
  • Job architecture and career frameworks
  • Incentive design and implementation incl. short-term and long-term incentives (STI and LTI)
  • General consulting skills incl. project management client presentation and risk management. This includes mastering Excel PowerPoint and Power BI

Contribute with strong data analysis skills quality-focus and desire to grow and learn

We dont expect you to know everything already. Therefore the most important thing for us is:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience preferably from consulting or in a numbers-driven environment (can come from former student jobs and/or full-time positions)
  • A strong ownership mentality the will to make a difference and the ability to deliver quality outcomes
  • Remarkable analytical skills that you can bring across in a pragmatic and business-oriented way
  • Robust proficiency working with Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Proven fast learner and a wish to further develop yourself while working on client assignments
  • Feel energized working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and willing to be personally flexible so that we meet our clients expectations
  • A relevant university degree within economics finance or business and have graduated with top of the class grades where it is a clear advantage to feel comfortable with working with numbers and connecting it to employee motivation and performance
  • Fluency in both Danish and English
