Job Summary

Key Position Functions:
- Assist department Shop Supervisor in coordinating shipping activities and ensuring accurate record keeping for incoming and outgoing shipments
- Provide leadership and training to shipper/receivers and ensure work is scheduled accordingly and completed in a safe and timely manner
- Oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy completeness and condition of shipments
- Expedite orders and transfers as required
- Structure organize and maintain inventory within the designated area to ensure efficient accurate picking and storage of materials
- Coordinate and prioritize daily picking and shipping and receiving activities
- Ensure all picking reports inventory transfers and reconciliations are completed in a timely manner
- Lead train and develop key personnel
- Ensure compliance with Stream-Flo group Guiding Principles in terms of Health Safety Quality and Environmental; regulations or policies
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Participate in rotational on call schedule
- Perform other duties as defined by Manager/Supervisor
Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Previous lead hand or supervisory experience an asset
- Comprehensive knowledge of all wellhead products and the service industry would be an asset
- Strong computer skills and effective paper flow management; knowledge of SAP an asset
- Strong trouble shooting skills and conflict resolution skills
- Strong leadership interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to effectively delegate work
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Mechanically inclined.
