- Coach and empower Registered Managers building capability confidence and accountability across the region.
- Guide homes through improvement journeys with fairness clarity and senior composure.
- Strengthen regulatory readiness ensuring every home is inspection-ready every day with evidence narrative and culture aligned.
- Act as a trusted partner to the senior leadership team offering insight challenge and strategic foresight.
- Model the organisations values bringing professionalism transparency and a steady human approach to quality.
What you will bring

- A proven track record in quality governance or regional leadership within adult social care.
- Deep understanding of CQC regulation safeguarding risk and improvement methodology.
- A coaching-led approach that builds capability not dependency.

- Strong analytical skills paired with a resident-centred mindset.
- The ability to influence reassure and inspire at all levels.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and a belief in doing the right thing even when it is challenging.
