Job Summary

Modern Chinese restaurant located in Silverlake is currently looking for an energetic Cashier/Serverwith restaurant experience to assist our kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will be a great communication organized and eager to learn!

This is a part time position with open availability from Monday through Friday - 4:30pm to 10pm & Saturday/Sunday - 11:30am - 10pm

MUST HAVE AVAILABILITY IN APRIL

What You Will Do:

Serves guests with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner.
Provides information to help food and beverage selections.
Presents ordered choices in a prompt and efficient manner.
Maintains dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude.
Assist with delivery drives and take-out orders.
Keeps kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression.
Keep track of credit card receipts and cash payment.
Do light prep work including restocking cleaning etc.
Assist in all duties as assigned by the Manager.

What You Will Bring:

Must possess experience working as a server or cashier in a fast-paced restaurant. 1- 3 years of experience highly preferred. Will train the right candidate!
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Must have open availability on the weekends.
Must have open availability. (Monday through Friday 4PM 10PM & Saturday/Sunday 11AM 10PM.)
Must be detail oriented and possess a strong work ethic.
Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Maintain Food Handlers Certification.
