Two Rivers Supervisory Unions Early Childhood Special Education Program has an immediate opening for a full-time 1:1 personal care attendant to support a young child within Chester Communitys preschool program in Chester VT. The position is Monday through Friday and follows the school calendar. Additional hours during the summer may be available. Responsibilities include communication facilitation carrying out programming designed by the educational team supporting and facilitating social engagement with peers and accessing learning opportunities. Physical responsibilities include personal care/hygiene insuring physical safety and participating in outdoor play during all are looking for a team member who finds joy in playing with and caring for young children has a positive attitude is collaborative reliable and eager to engage in new learning as part of a of early childhood development as well as prior experience with young children in preschool settings is strongly preferred.
