Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to help design and implement Personal Injury (PI) and Recordable Environmental Incident (REI) workflows using Out-of-the-Box (OOB) ServiceNow capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing within the ServiceNow platform and a good understanding of Health and Safety or Risk-related processes.
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to help design and implement Personal Injury (PI) and Recordable Environmental Incident (REI) workflows using Out-of-the-Box (OOB) ServiceNow capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing within the ServiceNow platform and a good understanding of Health and Safety or Risk-related processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and OOB configuration (Flow Designer Forms Catalog Items Tables ACLs Notifications etc.).
Proficiency in servicenow scripting (javascript glidescript).
Experience with servicenow development including business rules client scripts ui policies ui actions script includes and acls.
Expert knowledge and expertise of integration techniques such as rest soap and jdbc.
Experience with integration tools like mid server and integration hub.
Ability to design and implement complex integrations with other systems.
Understanding of cmdb (configuration management database) and csdm (common service data model).
Experience with itom (it operations management) modules like discovery event management service mapping and orchestration.
Experience in building custom applications using servicenows application platform.
Proficiency in html css and angularjs for service portal and ui customization
Knowledge of performance tuning optimization and best practices for scalable solutions.
Ability to align servicenow solutions with business goals and it strategy.
Experience in creating roadmaps governance frameworks and best practices.
Experience with OOB modules (e.g. ITSM HR or Risk modules).
Ability to work closely with business users to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
Familiarity with Health Safety or Risk Management processes (advantageous but not mandatory).
5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
