Required Qualifications

2 years consulting experience in client-facing delivery environments
Strong Java development skills (debugging refactoring performance triage)
Experience working with batch-oriented or dependency-heavy systems
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks
Ability to write clear technical documentation
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and quality gate enforcement
Exposure to enterprise logging/monitoring systems
Experience using AI-assisted development tools responsibly in enterprise settings
Strongly Preferred (Team Mix Requirement)
Experience reading or debugging COBOL and JCL
Exposure to IBM z/OS or mainframe-adjacent environments
Understanding of batch schedulers (CA-7 Control-M TWS JES)
Exposure to DB2 and WebSphere log analysis
