- Seeking a Senior Adobe Target Strategist / Experimentation Lead who will serve as both a hands-on practitioner and a foundational architect for an enterprise Adobe Target Center of Excellence (COE)
- Will spend approximately 20-30% of their time designing and operationalizing the Target COE including defining governance standards activity design frameworks audience strategy boundaries (CDP vs Target) integration patterns with AEM and analytics experimentation roadmaps and consolidation of redundant activities
- The remaining time will be spent hands-on building launching and optimizing Adobe Target activities including A/B and multivariate testing automated personalization audience configuration QA reporting and performance analysis.
- The ideal candidate has deep experience scaling Target across multiple product or merchandising teams rationalizing large activity inventories integrating with AEM Experience Fragments and establishing experimentation best practices in enterprise environments.
- They must be equally comfortable setting strategy embedding with ecommerce/product teams providing deskside enablement and executing sophisticated experiments that drive measurable business outcomes.
- This is a hybrid strategist-operator role requiring strong technical fluency governance mindset and executive communication skills.
