Job Summary
PTAs implement components of patient care obtain data related to the treatments provided and collaborate with the PT to modify care as necessary. PTAs assist the physical therapist in the treatment of individuals of all ages from newborns to people at the end of life.

Requirement description :
- 1 year of PTA experience - REQUIRED
- BLS-REQUIRED
- LTC or SNF Experience - REQUIRED
- PTA license - REQUIRED
- Must be submitted at the posted rate if requested rate is higher candidate will be redirected
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
- Resume
- Skills checklist within 1 year
- 0-1 reference at time of submission
- Certifications must be through AHA and active at time of start
- License must have an active OH or compact license at time of submission
- Must redirect if submitted higher than the job posted bill rate
