Job Summary

We are seeking a casual receptionist to join our inclusive and friendly team here at MS Group. Based in our Kyabram Office primarily travel to other offices may be required from time to time. You will be the first point of contact for all our clients and visitors creating a positive first impression.

Role overview

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Mail coming and in out of the office
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
  • Assistance with filling

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience in reception or customer service
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a cross organisational environment
  • Computer and Microsoft program experience and skills
  • Able to liaise with clients in a professional and confidential manner
  • Flexibility to work a range of different days
  • Willingness to travel to other offices if needed
