Join Briggs Automotive Group as an Automotive Sales professional based in Fort Scott this role you will leverage your passion for vehicles and customer service to help clients find the perfect automotive solutions. You will represent our commitment to quality and excellence while fostering strong relationships with customers to drive sales and ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers in a professional and informative manner.
- Assist customers throughout the purchasing process from initial inquiry to final sale.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory promotions and financing options.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferably within the automotive industry (will train the right person).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus.
