Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Director with extensive experience in the staffing industry to lead and expand our business in Qatar. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth build strong client relationships and lead high-performing sales teams while identifying new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for staffing and recruitment services in Qatar.
Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across target industries.
Lead mentor and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Identify new business opportunities market trends and competitive positioning.
Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Prepare sales forecasts budgets and performance reports for senior leadership.
Negotiate contracts pricing and service agreements with clients.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations in Qatar.
Represent the organization at industry events networking forums and client meetings.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 10 years of experience in staffing/recruitment sales.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the Qatar/GCC staffing market.
Demonstrated experience in key account management and business development.
Excellent leadership negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
Preferred Skills
Experience in manpower outsourcing RPO or workforce solutions.
Existing network of clients within Qatar/GCC.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Arabic language skills are an advantage.
