Staff Shuttle Driver

Overview:
Our Shuttle Driver is primarily responsible for driving a shuttle van of staff from our off-site staff accommodation in Lake Louise to work and back each day. This role involves safe operation of a large shuttle van keeping to a reliable schedule for shuttle van operations and cleaning and maintaining the van. The Shuttle Driver is also expected to help with various maintenance tasks around the lodge pick up staff mail and help staff members living up at the lake get down to Lake Louise if there are empty shuttle seats.
Details:- Fulltime working up to 40 hrs. a week
- Hourly wage of $26.00 with an end of contract bonus
- Staff accommodation onsite $10.00/day includes all meals and laundry.
- May 21st 2026 October 1st 2026
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada prior to offer of employment.
Qualifications:- Valid Class 4 Unrestricted BC or Alberta driver license with training provided for the right candidate
- Must have the ability to work alone as well as with others
- Clean drivers abstract
- CPR and First Aid Certificate an asset
- Outdoor enthusiast a passion for hiking and exploring the Rocky Mountains
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)
Working Conditions:- Able to work a variety of shifts including evenings weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business
- While performing the duties of this position Team Members are required to be on their feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to work with outside with varying weather conditions (ex. Extreme Heat Extreme Cold Rain Snow)
- Occasionally required to lift and carry up to 45 lbs
- Occasionally required to lift and climb a step ladder or step stool.
- Staff accommodation provided off-site and transportation to/from work provided
