Position Summary

IntegrityM is seeking a Chief Statistician to lead advanced analytics and statistical modeling efforts in support of complex healthcare data initiatives. This full-time leadership role will oversee predictive modeling fraud detection analytics and data mining activities while ensuring methodological rigor regulatory compliance and high-quality analytical outputs.

The ideal candidate combines deep statisticalexpertisewith strong leadership capabilities and experience working with large healthcare datasets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead development and validation of statistical models predictive analytics and advanced analytical methodologies.
Oversee fraud detection and anomaly identification initiatives.
Analyze complex healthcare data and translate findings into actionable insights.
Establishmodel governance standards and documentation protocols.
Supervise and mentor analytics staff.
Communicate complex statistical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years experience applying statistics to support business or programobjectives.
• Experience in predictive modeling data mining neural networks or advanced analytical techniques.
• Demonstratedexperience working with healthcare claims or similar structured datasets preferred.

Education

• Masters degree in statistics or related disciplinerequired.
