Here Is What You Need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (REQUIRED)
- Associates Degree in a related field (REQUIRED) OR
- Two years of related experience (referral processing insurance authorization etc.) in lieu of a degree (REQUIRED)
- Two years of relevant supervisory experience (REQUIRED)
- BCPA - Board Certified Patient Advocate Certification 18 months (PREFERRED)
What You Will Do:
Monitor the daily operations of the Patient Navigators within their assigned area.
Patient Navigation Supervisor will perform quality referrals audits ensuring timeliness and accuracy of referrals while maintaining compliance and production standards.
