Job Summary
We are currently seeking an HVACMaintenance Mechanic to work with Flukes Facilities team at our corporate HQ facility in Everett WA. The HVAC Tech will maintain and repair the facilitys structure equipment plumbing electrical and HVAC. Responsibilities:
- Repair and Maintenance of facilities HVAC systems including VAV Boxes Humidifiers exhaust fans scrubbers portable Chillers and rooftop package unites. Moves machinery and equipment using hoists dollies rollers and trucks.
- Works with manufacturing or process engineering in the installation or repair of building plumbing and wiring required in the production process.
- Works from blueprints drawings or rough sketches.
- Knowledge of Facility requirements to determine necessary repair or upkeep.
- Able to perform general building maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4-5years of related experience
- Universal Refrigeration current drivers license required.
- Working knowledge of Building Automation Systems (JCI Siemens Alerton Honeywell etc.)
- Working knowledge of commercial compressed air systems.
Physical Requirements:
- Use hands and fingers fully; reach for manipulate and feel objects; stoop kneel crouch and/or crawl.
- Climb and maintain body balance on ladders scaffolding or high structures; and see and hear well (either naturally or with correction);
- Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Stoop lay bend or squat for long periods of time.
