Advantage Toyota of River Oaks is growing and were looking for motivated customerfocused Sales Consultants to join our team! If youre passionate about helping people eager to learn and ready to build a rewarding career in automotive sales we want to hear from you.
Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred.
What Youll Do
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly professional manner
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing processfrom product discovery to delivery
- Maintain strong knowledge of Toyota models features and financing options
- Follow up with prospects and customers to build strong relationships
- Achieve monthly sales goals and contribute to store performance
- Provide an exceptional customer experience at every step
What Were Looking For
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plusbut not required
- Positive attitude strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Ability to learn quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
