Job Summary

We are seeking a highly disciplined Social Media Video Creator & Producer to lead our end-to-end content
production engine. This resource must be a self-starter capable of managing the entire creative lifecyclefrom
conceptualization and copywriting to final high-fidelity editing. The candidate will be responsible for a high-
volume output of video ads and organic posts ensuring absolute adherence to branding guidelines and a
proactive approach to refining content based on engagement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities


End-to-End Video Production Ownership
Manage the complete lifecycle of video content from concept development and scripting to editing assembly and final delivery. Ensure all assets are produced on time while maintaining efficiency in a high-volume production environment.



Brand Stewardship & Messaging Consistency
Serve as the final quality gatekeeper for all video assets ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines including typography color schemes logo usage and overall brand voice without the need for external supervision.



High-Volume Content Production
Execute a fast-paced production schedule by delivering a high frequency of optimized video ads and social media content while maintaining professional-quality technical and creative standards.



Advanced Editing & Motion Graphics
Leverage Adobe Creative Cloud tools particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects to produce high-quality video content motion graphics and visually engaging brand assets.



Modern Workflow & Tool Integration
Utilize a modern content production stack including ClickUp Canva and AI-powered tools (such as ChatGPT ElevenLabs and Fireflies) to streamline scripting voiceovers asset resizing and overall production efficiency.



Strategic Scripting & Storyboarding
Independently handle copywriting and storyboarding by crafting compelling hooks narratives and calls-to-action tailored to different platforms and target audiences.



Performance-Driven Content Optimization
Continuously analyze content performance and audience engagement proactively refining creative strategies and video formats to enhance reach engagement and overall campaign effectiveness.

1. Technical Expertise & Tools


Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency
Advanced expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for high-quality video production editing and motion graphics.



Efficiency-Driven Tool Stack
Strong proficiency in cloud-based creative and production tools such as Canva and along with audio and transcription platforms like ElevenLabs and Fireflies to enable fast and efficient content delivery.



AI-Assisted Content Creation
Expert-level ability to leverage ChatGPT and other LLMs for research ideation and drafting compelling brand-aligned scripts and concepts.
