and collaboration services for the full spectrum of operations.

AT&T has an opening for a Red Hat Linux System Administrator: To support the Intelligence Sector. This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers including deployment configuration patching and maintenance on virtual platforms (VMware).
• UseRed Hat Satellitefor large-scale system management including:
  • Configuring and managing software repositories content views and life cycle environments.
  • Orchestrating patch management and security updates across the enterprise infrastructure to ensure compliance.
• Develop and implement automation for routine administrative tasks and infrastructure deployment usingAnsibleand Bash/Python scripting.
• Conduct advanced system monitoring performance tuning and root cause analysis to ensure optimal system health stability and performance.
• Create and maintain detailed system documentation procedures and knowledge base articles for use by other team members and junior administrators.

Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph. (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)

Required Qualifications: Candidate must have 10 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education. This equates to a Doctorate and 3 years masters and 4 years bachelors and 6 years associates and 8 years or HS diploma and 10 years. Required qualifications include the following:

• Must be compliant with DoD 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2.
• 3-6 years of experience in Red Hat Enterprise Linux system administration.
• Strong problem-solving abilities attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating within a team and with stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications:

• Practical experience applying DISA STIGs and DoD security checklists for system hardening in a production environment.
• Ability to automate STIG compliance tasksand configuration management using scripting (Bash Python) and configuration management tools like Ansible.
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or other advanced Red Hat Specialist certifications.
