Healthcare Expert (MD, DO, RN, NP, PA, MPH) — Remote (Up to 190hr)

This is a remote position.

We are sharing a specialised remote opportunity for experienced healthcare professionals (MD DO RN NP PA PharmD MPH) to support a leading AI lab in strengthening the accuracy clarity and safety of healthcare-related conversational AI systems.
This project focuses on evaluating model responses identifying medical inaccuracies and ensuring alignment with real-world clinical knowledge and communication standards.

Key Responsibilities

Write and refine prompts to guide model behavior in healthcare scenarios
Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy reasoning clarity and completeness
Fact-check all medical claims using authoritative sources
Annotate responses identifying strengths weaknesses and clinical inaccuracies
Assess tone and appropriateness for real-world healthcare communication
Ensure output aligns with taxonomies benchmarks and system guidelines
Apply consistent evaluation standards to produce high-quality review artifacts

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:
5 years of professional healthcare experience
Credentials such as MD DO RN NP PA PharmD MPH (or equivalent)
Experience in one or more domains:
General clinical care
Specialty medicine or surgery
Diagnostics imaging laboratory medicine
Public health & healthcare administration
Excellent written communication for complex medical topics
Strong attention to detail and ability to catch subtle clinical errors
Experience with LLMs and understanding of common user healthcare queries

Nice to Have:
Experience with RLHF model evaluation or annotation
Medical writing editing or clinical documentation background
Familiarity with rubrics scoring systems or structured evaluations
