As a Security Officer - Driving Role Patrol in Deer Park TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents and communicate clearly with site personnel and visitors. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license in the job state. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas tank farms loading docks parking areas and perimeter lines noting hazards access concerns and unusual conditions.
• Monitor access control points by checking identification validating access authorization and directing visitors and contractors according to site requirements.
• Respond to alarms incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner coordinating with site contacts and public responders as needed.
• Complete patrol logs incident reports and shift handoffs communicating security-related observations to supervisors and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A TSA issued TWIC is required.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
