Property Maintenance Specialist

The Lake Club in Bradenton FL is looking for a Full-Time Property Maintenance Specialist.

• Minimum 35 years of experience in property maintenance hospitality or a related field
• Experience in luxury or high-end residential environments preferred.

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the community.
• Electrical troubleshooting and basic repairs including landscape lighting outlets and fixtures.
• Carpentry work includes minor repairs adjustments and installations.
• Painting and surface preparation including interior and exterior touch-ups.
• Basic irrigation repairs and adjustments (sprinkler heads valves controllers/timers)
• Pressure washing of sidewalks buildings amenities and common areas.
• Assist with preventative and proactive maintenance programs.
• Assist with basic security gate repairs (swing gates poles related components)
• Clay tennis court maintenance
• Respond to common area-related maintenance requests and provide weekend coverage as scheduled.
• Maintain tools equipment and work areas in a clean safe and organized manner.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and community management.

• Technical Skills
  
  • General knowledge of electrical carpentry painting plumbing and basic irrigation systems
  • Strong handyperson skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problem-solve.
  • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
  • Experience using pressure washing equipment preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Adhere to all company safety policies and local building codes.
• Conduct routine safety checks on equipment and facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities work orders repairs and inventory using established systems (e.g. CMMS software).

• Valid drivers license required.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.

• Full-time hourly position.
