WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Program Scheduling Assistant is responsible for creating and maintaining EWTNs 24-hour programming grids across multiple satellite feeds using a proprietary database. This role involves making informed programming decisions based on the liturgical year special events and network priorities as well as communicating schedule changes and updates to internal departments to ensure consistency across all EWTN platforms.
About you:
Qualified candidates will have experience with scheduling traffic or database systems along with a background in cable or broadcast television. Strong computer skills familiarity with EWTN programming and a solid understanding of the Catholic faith and liturgical calendar are essential. The position requires excellent organizational skills attention to detail the ability to meet strict deadlines and effective teamwork and communication. An associate or bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) is expected and knowledge of Spanish or French is preferred.
