- Ensure effective financial planning monitoring and reporting for the Business Bank and/ or CIB segments within the bank by setting budgets tracking performance against financial and strategic targets.
- Providing monthly performance reports and insights to the business to support informed decision making and achievement of business objectives.
- Develop and manage Bancassurance financial and sales budgets monitor and report performance against targets.
- Review the sales on-boarding processes to have all Bancassurance products embedded at the point of sale.
- Establish effective reporting and cross-selling measurement systems and continuously review IT financial and management information systems to ensure efficiency and informed decision making across the bank.
- Oversee integration of insurance products across business units ensuring compliance efficiency and profitability.
- Drive product development pricing and customer communication in line with Bancassurance strategy and regulations.
- Ensure strong collaboration with brokers insurers and internal banking teams to enhance service delivery.
- Review and optimise internal processes systems and reports to support growth and informed decision making.
- Ensure effective human resource management by providing comprehensive training on Bancassurance products systems and procedures.
- Ensure all staff have access to and comply with established processes while addressing support and performance needs across business units.
- Deliver superior customer experience through efficient secure and comprehensive Bancassurance solutions.

- / B. Admin or other relevant qualification.
- Insurance qualification minimum Higher certificate in short-term insurance.
- Professional affiliation with Insurance Institutes will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years insurance experience 3 years of experience at supervisory role.
- Insurance sales management experience
- An understanding of the interaction between the strategic operational and sales management of a business coupled with the banking and/or insurance industry.
- Financial management relationship management and insurance sales experience will be an added advantage.
