職務内容
- PTP領域MMAribaSRMなどにおける業務要件定義とソリューション設計
- Fit/Gap分析の実施と標準化推進購買調達プロセス購買依頼発注入荷請求支払の最適化
- ベンダー管理サプライヤーポータル連携の設計
- 統合テストユーザートレーニングの計画実施
- プロジェクトマネージャーや他領域リードOTCFIWMなどとの連携
- グローバル標準モデルの定着に向けたクライアントとの調整推進
- 海外拠点との英語でのコミュニケーションステークホルダーマネジメント

Requirements
Must
- Experience in SAP PTP domain (MM Ariba SRM etc.) implementation and operations (5 years)
- Hands-on experience in Fit/Gap analysis business requirements definition and solution design
- Strong understanding of procurement processes (purchase requisition purchase order goods receipt invoicing payment)
- Business-level communication skills in both Japanese and English
- Proven experience as a project lead or sub-lead
- Experience collaborating with global teams or overseas stakeholders
Nice-to-Have
- SAP implementation experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry
- Experience with Ariba or SRM cloud solutions
- Participation in global standardization projects
- Certifications such as ITIL or PMP
- Experience in process improvement and automation initiatives
