Practice Details

At Northside Thoracic Surgery formerly Atlanta Cardiac and Thoracic Surgical Associates our expert team of thoracic surgeons provides superior surgical care for patients with benign and malignant thoracic conditions. We offer the most advanced thoracic surgical procedures including robotic surgery and video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS).

Responsibilities

Performs a variety of administrative secretarial and clerical duties which directly support patient care and practice personnel in the overall operation of the practice. Incumbent is expected to interpret and execute the duties and responsibilities of the job with only limited supervision and direction.

Qualifications

High school diplomaequivalent education (GED) or post-secondary education
One of the following:
Six (6) months of clerical secretarial or customer service experience
Completion of a technical diploma or certificate of credit program
Associates Degree

PREFERRED

Successful completion of course in Medical Terminology or commensurate experience
Proficient in the use and application of MS Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint).

8a-4:30p
