Available Schedule: 24 Hours Per Week (Ability to pick up additional hours if desired).

What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Conduct foot and mobile patrols inside / outside the clients premises potentially in various weather conditions and in different types of terrain.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues hazardous conditions or any suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed report writing.
• Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily.
• Monitoring cameras and alarms.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma GED OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
• Excellent computer / technology skills needed.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of customers in a calm and professional manner.
• Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Companys pre-employment screening process including drug screen and background investigation.
• Previous Security experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Previous Security Operation Center experience is a plus!
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must have the ability to multi-task.
