Associate Vote Specialist (Hybrid)

Broadridge is hiring! We are looking for a Vote Processing Specialist to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementing policies and procedures that ensure timely delivery and processing of all voting received to meet SLAs

• Ensure all items are processed /prioritized in a timely manner.

• Assist team with daily responsibilities if required

• Perform testing indexing and handling reconciliation reports

• Communicate effectively with Client Services/Vote Audit teams

• Communicate effectively with Management about volumes and departmental needs

• Escalate issues to Supervisor/Manager

• Ensure metrics are logged in

• Perform all other assigned duties

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of Data Entry Processing experience

• 1 years experience working in a corporate setting

• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills

• Good analytical and MS Office skills

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Ability to work under tight deadlines

• Requires 2x a week in the Deer Park NY office

Compensation Range:The salary range for this position is between $21/hr-$25/hr. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidates final salary including but not limited to relevant experience skills and education.
