Broadridge is hiring! We are looking for a Vote Processing Specialist to join our dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
Responsible for implementing policies and procedures that ensure timely delivery and processing of all voting received to meet SLAs
Ensure all items are processed /prioritized in a timely manner.
Assist team with daily responsibilities if required
Perform testing indexing and handling reconciliation reports
Communicate effectively with Client Services/Vote Audit teams
Communicate effectively with Management about volumes and departmental needs
Escalate issues to Supervisor/Manager
Ensure metrics are logged in
Perform all other assigned duties
Qualifications:
1-2 years of Data Entry Processing experience
1 years experience working in a corporate setting
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
Good analytical and MS Office skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Requires 2x a week in the Deer Park NY office
Compensation Range:The salary range for this position is between $21/hr-$25/hr. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidates final salary including but not limited to relevant experience skills and education.
