Job Summary
Homer Skelton Ford in Olive Branch has an immediate opening for a Accounting Associate. We are a family owned dealership for many decades in the Mid South.Accounting Associates assist accountants and auditors with administrative accounting and bookkeeping functions. Their duties typically include clerical tasks such as filing and answering customer calls as well as performing basic bookkeeping tasks assisting with reconciliations and maintaining schedules.

Responsibilities
- Register Back End products
- Cancel Back End products
- Enter finalized cash receipts and update receivable schedule
- Audit accounting schedules for discrepancies
- Prepare accounts payable checks in a timely manner
- Research and answer all receivable and vendor inquiries
Requirements
- Experience in an auto dealership accounting office
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
- Team-oriented attitude
- Organizational communication and computer skills
