Job Summary

The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing building and automating secure scalable AWS infrastructure that supports Experian Healths cloud platform. This role focuses on Infrastructure as Code reusable cloud patterns EKS operations and security best practices to enable application teams to deploy and operate efficiently in a multi-account AWS environment. You will report to the Software Engineering Software Engineer Manager.


Qualifications :

  • 5 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in hands-on AWS infrastructure engineering.
  • Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles.
  • Experience with core AWS services (VPC EC2 IAM RDS S3 Load Balancers).
  • Experience working with Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
  • Solid understanding of AWS networking and cloud security fundamentals.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AWS infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
  • Develop reusable infrastructure modules and standardized cloud patterns.
  • Build maintain and optimize Amazon EKS environments.
  • Partner with application teams to onboard and support cloud-native workloads.
  • Implement and enforce AWS security best practices (IAM networking encryption logging).
  • Troubleshoot and continuously improve cloud reliability automation and cost efficiency.
