We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to join our Tag FP&A team in Bengaluru. This team works closely with the London team and plays a key role in supporting Tag operations. The role requires an individual who will bring energy and drive to this dynamic diverse and highly acquisitive company.
Confidence in modelling significant volumes of data will be key to this role and so advanced excel skills are a must.
Having some experience in data visualization tools such as SAP Analytical Cloud (SAC stories) and SAP BPC would be an added advantage.
Also important is a commercial mindset to interpret the insights gathered along with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in written / presentational format.

Deliver best in class financial information and analysis to management business operations providing timely sound and clear financial analysis of current results and insights on impacts to future performance.
Ensure that all internal monthly Actuals reporting annual Budgeting and quarterly Forecasting is delivered in a timely and accurate way (P&L and Balance Sheet) balancing speed efficiency and quality.
Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely transfer of data between the local ERP system and the consolidation system including the submission of offline reporting packages and related data into the BPC consolidation system.
Summarise the financial trends across businesses geographies brands and capabilities into executive level summaries.
Work closely with the Tag Finance Controllership team to resolve monthly validation issues.
Maintain a robust control environment that adheres to the Dentsu Group policies and embeds best practice across the business.
Consolidate balance sheet and ageing reports ensuring error-free submissions in BPC/SAC.
Monitor tag monthly results that are automated from Workday into BPC
Working on management reports and ensuring data is shared timely and accurately.
Support forecasting and budgeting cycles by coordinating with Tag stakeholders and ensuring accurate submissions in SAC.
Analyze monthly RF and budget performance of Tag and have a holistic understanding of Tag business. Prepare reports on these insights as needed for key internal stakeholders.
Work on raising change requests perform UAT and ensure reporting changes are correctly accommodated

Develop a strong understanding of Dentsu reporting requirements especially on key KPIs and Dentsu reporting methodologies. For example how Dentsu calculates its direct expenses how NWC is calculated and how is standard Dentsu P&L derived. This understanding is important to be able to communicate with Tag to adhere to our reporting needs.
Partner with Finance teams to drive review of quality and timeliness in month-end/Budget/Forecast submission of reporting.
Collaborate with Dentsu Group FP&A team during RF/Budget cycles on Tag results and on any management reporting changes performed. Provide insights on various reporting methodologies adopted in a tabular of summary format
Identify automation requirements and collaborate with CI team to help deliver automation solutions.
Interact with various stakeholders to understand Adhoc reporting requirements set expectations address concerns and discuss them with the Reporting Manager.
Document Integration activities performed and boldly communicate flaws in the process improvements required with Tag catchups.
