With just under 200 clinics nationwide and a dedicated team of 1700 professionals were committed to excellence and innovation in aesthetic Responsibilities:As an Educator you will be responsible for managing and delivering training sessions within your allocated region. Your role will focus on ensuring that learners are proficient in both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in laser skin and body treatments. You will assess skill gaps provide action plans for improvement and ensure that all training is delivered with compliance to safety protocols and and Deliver Training: Lead and deliver engaging training sessions to ensure learners gain proficiency in all aspects of laser skin and body and Address Skill Gaps: Assess learners progress and identify any skill gaps.
