About the Role

As a Graduate Environmental Planner you will gain handson experience across a range of impactful project tasks while developing strong technical capability within your chosen area. The role provides a strong foundation to help you build confidence and progress towards becoming a future leader in the industry.

As part of our Water Environment & Industrial team you will contribute to the delivery of complex environmental assessments and approvals for major infrastructure projects. You will develop skills to navigate projects through environmental assessment and approval pathways under Commonwealth State and local approvals frameworks and to devise environmental management plans. You will also assist with project management tasks and provide planning support to stakeholders clients and our inhouse design teams.

This opportunity is suited to individuals who are motivated curious and committed to contributing to a more sustainable future. Strong problemsolving skills a collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to learn will support your success. Applicants should be completing (or have recently completed) a degree in Urban/Environmental Planning Environmental Science/Environmental Management Science (Geography) or a related discipline between January 2026 and January 2027.
