Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation: $577149 annual salary (W2)

• Sign-On Bonus: $20000

• Relocation Reimbursement: Up to $10000

Practice Environment:

• Location: Community Hospital of San Bernardino CA

• Scheduling: Choose between a day shift with no call or weekends or a traditional call schedule

• Hours: flexible up to 55 hours per week

• Case Types: Bread-and-butter cases including GI GYN and General Surgery

• Shifts: 10 12 or 14-hour shifts
• Operating Rooms: 3 ORs in daily operation

Qualifications:

• Active CA state license and DEA

• Board certified or board eligible (in process)

• ACLS and PALS certified
