Job Summary

Technical product selection and documentation based on customer processing conditions.
- Using provided software for sizing and selection of products based off of published flow curves (Cv) torques processing conditions IEC valve equations and bulletins.
- Challenged daily to expand technical knowledge.
- Ability to troubleshoot customer applications and products.
Responsible for quoting customers in a timely manner which includes product selection lead-time and pricing.
Work closely with and support the JHC product manufactures
Attend and participate in required trainings
Participate in the after hour and weekend On-Call rotation
This job is demanding in terms of knowledge skills commitment and all other job-related qualifications. Urgency and pressure for prompt accurate results are routine. Multi-tasking and the ability to handle and manage interruptions is expected.
Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this position.
