Work in the CRM system to manage event details and track information

Use Outlook tomonitorcommunication respond to emails and send calendar reminders

Learn how to pull and enter information inSmartSimple(the teams CRM)

Review and verify corporate sponsorship applications using tools such as:

Community Impact portal

Louisiana Secretary of State database

IRStax-exemptstatus search

GuideStarnonprofit profiles

Coordinate and attend sponsored events distribute giveaways and support onsite event needs (may include setting up tents or other equipment)

Communicate with nonprofits to schedule calls meetings and eventlogistics

Draft monthly emails to recruit volunteers for community initiatives
