Job Summary
Plumber 2 will have a strong background in plumbing systems excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. As a Plumber II you will be responsible for installing repairing and maintaining plumbing systems.
*team members maintaining Megas line must have ASSE 6040 Maintenance certification.
Responsibilities
Install repair and maintain plumbing systems including pipes fixtures and fittings.
Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes drainage systems and other plumbing materials.
Collaborate with contractors electricians and other construction professionals to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly.
Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future problems.
Respond to emergency plumbing calls and provide timely and effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience
- Education: High school diploma
- License and Certification: Licensed plumber
- Skills and Abilities: effective communication interpersonal attention to detail
