The System Engineer will work in an in-facility position with primary function of programming pre-loading and pre-configuration and assisting IPC Team Leader with install project devices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Pre-configuration of document imaging systems with settings and data uploaded to a central database by the SE IPC team.
Pre-configuration of devices utilizing data uploaded to a central repository by the SE IPC team.
Request utilize and maintain the needed technology resources in the setup work area to accomplish the needed goals.
Continually improve the use technology advancements to enhance readiness quality and consistency of the delivered project.
Work on multiple install projects based on schedule and priority at varying phases of completion.
Other duties as assigned.

Ability to work in the setup area managing time and workload to effectively complete the assigned tasks.
Possess customer service skills in dealing with internal customer partners and external.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing by phone and in person.
Thoroughly and accurately document work performed.
Ability to pass background checks per company requirements.
Ability to learn new or unfamiliar products and systems dynamically as they are introduced and encountered.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Information technology and concepts of computer networking and related hardware and software.
Effectively utilize Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint and Outlook.
Technical knowledge of Microsoft Apple Linux and other computer operating systems.
Understand and have knowledge and completed training of printing and scanning document imaging devices
and related software.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent Technical training or certifications in office automation and information technology helpful but not required.
Practical knowledge and training on MFPs printing and imaging device.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Regular business hours. Some additional hours may be required.
Travel requirements: Domestic: Up to 10 %
Climate controlled office environment during normal business hours.
