The Position
As anInside Sales Representative (ISR)you willbe the engine behind our most complex deals. Youll partner directly with veteran Account Managers andAccountExecutives mastering the art of the close while owning the critical momentum of our sales cycle. If youre looking for a front-row seat to the B2B tech world and a clear path to becoming a top-tier closer this is your starting line.
This position is100% onsite at our Tampa FL headquarters whereyoullwork closely with sales leadership engineering and customer teams in a fast-paced high-energy environment.
What You Will Be Doing:
Learn the Sales Process
- Learn OPSWATs products customers and sales motion
- Shadow Account Executives and support active sales opportunities
- Gain experience using CRM and sales tools (Salesforce email LinkedIn Revic)
Sales & Outreach Support
- Support Account Executives with day-to-day sales operations and deal execution
- Research accounts and contacts to support territorydevelopmentand account planning
- Schedule meetingswith existing clientsand ensure smooth handoffsfromAccount Executivesand Account Managers
- Re-engage dormant accounts andassistwith scheduling and preparing client QBRs
- Assistinaccount mapping between Account Executives and Channel Partners
Organization & Admin Support
- Keep customer and opportunity information up to date in the CRM
- Assistwith quotes proposals and basic order processing
- Help prepare meeting notes follow-ups and account summaries
- Coordinate internally to keep sales activities moving forward
Team & Growth Focus
- Track activity and progress with guidance from your manager
- Ask questions take feedback and continuously improve
- Build skills that prepare you for future roles in sales or account management

- Interest in sales business development or technology
- Strong communicationskills and a willingness to pick up the phone
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detailyou love clean systems
