The Role - Pre Sales Representative
PIB Insurance Brokers (part of PIB Group) is a dynamic insurance broker attracting individuals with a wealth of experience in the insurance market. The business provides expertise across a broad range of specialisms and is looking for a Pre Sales Representative to join their team in Gloucester.
What youll be doing:
- Outbound contact to warm leads including structured followups/chaser cadence.
- Receive and route inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Follow up enquiries via email and SMS with clear concise messaging.
- Capture essential client information and transfer to Sales Executives.
- Maintain accurate records in Acturis and Excel; uphold CRM/data hygiene.
