Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize backend and security service systems within Binances Web3 security domain to ensure high performance availability reliability and scalability.
- Lead the design development migration and upgrade of core Web3 security infrastructure and related backend services.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate product visions and security requirements into clear actionable technical roadmaps.
- Work with operations and security teams to improve automated security tools enhance threat detection capabilities and increase operational efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams promoting best practices in system design security architecture and software delivery.
- Coordinate resources and communicate effectively across internal and external teams including overseas partners to ensure project success and alignment with strategic objectives.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in large internet companies participating in the architecture design and implementation of multiple complex projects with successful cases of system design and optimization in high-concurrency large-data-volume environments.
- Proven track record of leading architect roles or senior engineering projects involving backend and big data systems preferably with successful delivery in high-scale environments.
- Expertise with Java technology stack especially Spring Boot Spring Cloud and related frameworks; familiarity with JVM performance tuning SQL and RPC optimization is a plus.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems design and middleware technologies such as distributed caching message queues (Kafka RabbitMQ) service discovery and configuration management.
- Familiarity with AI and data analytics including machine learning concepts and Python tools to drive advanced security data processing.
- Strong problem-solving abilities proactive learning attitude and passion for Web3 security challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate dynamically in fast-paced cross-functional and international teams.
Good-to-have
- Knowledge of blockchain and familiarity with on-chain data.
- Blockchain Web3 security anti-fraud or risk control system experience.
- Experience in performance tuning for JVM SQL RPC etc.
